Dean A. Foate is the non-independent Chair of the Board of Plexus Corp., having served as Chairman since 2013. He retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus in 2016, roles he had held since 2002.
Mr. Foate joined Plexus in 1984 and held various other executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
