Gary R. Heminger has served on the PPG board since 2017 and is the retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Marathon Petroleum Corporation.
He has significant leadership and financial expertise gained from over 40 years at a large petroleum product refining, transport, marketing and retail company, providing useful guidance in managing PPG's complex organization. He also brings marketing and retail expertise gained from overseeing Marathon Petroleum's former network of gasoline retail locations and convenience stores.
