Graham V. Smith has served as Procore's lead independent director since January 2023, a role he previously held from May 2021 to December 2021. He was interim CEO of Splunk Inc. from November 2021 to April 2022. At Salesforce, Inc. he served as Executive Vice President from August 2014 to June 2015 and as Chief Financial Officer from March 2008 to August 2014, and earlier was Chief Financial Officer of Advent Software, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2007.
Mr. Smith currently serves on the boards of directors of Axon Enterprise, Inc. and GoDaddy. He previously served on the boards of Splunk Inc. (2011-2024, including as chair from 2019 to 2024), Slack Technologies, Inc. (2018-2021), Citrix Systems, Inc. (2015-2018), BlackLine, Inc. (2015-2022), Xero Limited (2015-2020), MINDBODY, Inc. (2015-2019), and Elliott Opportunity II Corp. (2021). He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol and previously qualified as a chartered accountant in England and Wales.
