Howard Fu served as Procore's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from May 2023 to March 2026, and as Senior Vice President, Finance from February 2021 to May 2023. From October 2015 to February 2021 he was Vice President of FP&A at DocuSign, Inc., where he managed the financial planning and analysis organization.
Prior to DocuSign, Mr. Fu held various positions at LinkedIn Corporation (September 2014-September 2015), Salesforce, Inc. (February 2012-September 2014), and Visa Inc. (March 2008-February 2012). He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.B.A. in Finance from Yale University, and an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
