Rachel Pyles has served as Procore's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since April 2026, having held the role of CFO Designate in March 2026. From February 2024 to July 2025 she was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Ansys, Inc., where she led the global finance organization, and previously Vice President, Strategic Finance at Ansys from April 2023 to February 2024.
From July 2019 to April 2023, Ms. Pyles was Senior Vice President of Finance at Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS), where she led the finance team for the merchant solutions segment. She joined FIS through its acquisition of Worldpay, Inc., and earlier held various leadership positions in corporate finance, finance transformation, and financial planning and analytics at Worldpay and its predecessors Vantiv, Inc. and Fifth Third Processing Solutions, LLC. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Investment Management, from Duquesne University.
