Robert Walter Hearn has served as Procore's Chief Revenue Officer since April 2026, having held the role of CRO Designate in March 2026. From July 2025 to March 2026 he was Senior Vice President, Simulation and Analysis, Global Sales and Customer Excellence at Synopsys, Inc., following its acquisition of Ansys, Inc.
Mr. Hearn joined Ansys in 2007 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence (February 2023-July 2025), Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Customer Excellence (April 2022-February 2023), and Vice President of Sales, Americas and Israel (March 2019-April 2022).
