Ronald W. Hovsepian has served on Procore's board of directors since December 2025. He is Executive Chairman and CEO of Skillsoft Corporation, an educational technology company, a position he has held since April 2024. From September 2020 to January 2024 he was President and CEO of Indigo Ag, Inc., and from October 2018 to January 2021 an Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering, Inc.
From December 2011 to January 2017 (when it was acquired by Synchronoss Technologies), Mr. Hovsepian was President and CEO of Intralinks Holdings, and earlier President and CEO of Novell, Inc. (2006-2011) and its President and COO (2005-2006). He worked in venture capital from 2000 to 2003 and started his career at IBM, spending approximately 16 years there in several executive positions.
Mr. Hovsepian previously served on the boards of Ansys, Inc. (February 2012 until its July 2025 acquisition by Synopsys, including as chairman from May 2019, lead independent director 2014-2019, and non-executive chairman 2014-2016), Pegasystems Inc. (January 2019-June 2021), Intralinks, and ANN Inc. (1998-2015, including as non-executive chairman 2005-2015). He holds a B.S. from Boston College.
