Tony J. Hunt served as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and, following the September 1, 2024 CEO transition to Olivier Loeillot, as Executive Chair of the Board. He was succeeded as Chair of the Board by Dr. Martin D. Madaus effective March 13, 2026, at which time Mr. Hunt retired as a member of the Board (his previously announced March 2026 retirement). Under his amended employment agreement, Mr. Hunt is anticipated to serve as an advisor to Repligen thereafter until March 2027.
