Richard F. Wallman

Mr. Wallman served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Honeywell International Inc. and its predecessor AlliedSignal, Inc. from 1995 until his retirement in 2003, and has also held senior financial positions at IBM Corporation and Chrysler Corporation. He has served as a director of CECO Environmental Corp. since 2021 and previously served on the boards of Charles River Laboratories International, Extended Stay America, SmileDirectClub, and Spirit Airlines. At Roper he chairs the Audit Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
