Mr. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. from August 2006 to December 2008. He served as Chairman of Honeywell Aerospace from January 2005 to January 2006 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2005, having held the same roles at predecessor AlliedSignal, Inc. He has served as a director of SIFCO Industries, Inc. since 2024, and previously served on the boards of Spirit Airlines, Inc. and as Chairman of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. from 2006 to December 2025. At Roper he serves on the Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees.
