Armani Vadiee was appointed General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of TransDigm in July 2025. He previously served as the company's Vice President of Global Public Sector.
Before joining TransDigm, he was a partner at a Washington, D.C.-based law firm where he served as outside counsel to TransDigm for more than ten years, developing a deep understanding of the company's operations and regulatory environment.
