Sean P. Hennessy is the retired Senior Vice President, Corporate Planning, Development & Administration of The Sherwin-Williams Company, having served in that role from January 2017 to March 2018 in connection with the Valspar acquisition integration. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Sherwin-Williams from 2001 to 2016 and was formerly a certified public accountant. Since November 2021 he has served as a director of Perimeter Solutions, SA, a NYSE-listed company. He chairs the Audit Committee and qualifies as an audit committee financial expert.
