Kenneth R. Lepage

Mr. Lepage serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer and Secretary of Watts Water Technologies, signing the notice of the 2026 Annual Meeting by order of the Board. As Chief Sustainability Officer he reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer with general oversight responsibility for sustainability matters and chairs the Company's global management-level Sustainability Steering Committee. The Compensation Committee approved a 3.5% merit increase to his base salary effective April 1, 2025, raising it from $481,300 to $498,000, and set his 2025 target bonus at 60% of salary.
