Merilee Raines has served as a director of Watts Water Technologies since February 2011. She served as Chief Financial Officer of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. from October 2003 until her retirement in May 2013. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, she held several management positions with IDEXX Laboratories, including Corporate Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, Director of Finance, and Controller.
She previously served on the boards of Affymetrix, Inc. (January 2015 until its acquisition in March 2016), Aratana Therapeutics, Inc. (February 2014 until its acquisition in July 2019), and Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (May 2018 to June 2021). She has served on the boards of TransMedics Group, Inc. since January 2021 and Ocular Therapeutix, Inc. since September 2021.
