The acquisition represented O'Reilly's inaugural expansion outside the United States and was expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to regulatory approvals.

Mayasa's seasoned management team to continue operating the business, partnering with O'Reilly's leadership; more than 1,100 Mayasa team members joined O'Reilly.
