Ennis-Flint, a global manufacturer of a broad portfolio of pavement marking products, including traffic paint, hot-applied and preformed thermoplastics, raised pavement markers and intelligent transportation systems; funded using cash on hand and formed the basis of PPG's new traffic solutions business.
