David P. Bozeman is an independent director of 3M and President and Chief Executive Officer of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (since 2023), one of the largest global logistics companies, where he oversees $30B in freight under management and 20 million shipments annually.
He brings over 30 years of leadership experience across supply chain management and logistics, manufacturing, digital operations, and customer service. He led global supply chain optimization for customer delivery at Amazon (2017-2022), following senior roles at Caterpillar (2008-2017) and Harley-Davidson (1992-2008) focused on manufacturing process efficiencies. He also served as Vice President of Ford's Customer Service Division (2022-2023).
Mr. Bozeman has a B.S. in manufacturing design from Bradley University and an M.S. in engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
