Michael F. Roman served as Executive Chairman of the Board of 3M Company from May 2024 to March 2025 and as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of 3M from 2019 to 2024. He held numerous leadership roles at 3M including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President from 2017 to 2018. He joined Abbott's Board of Directors in 2021.
