Michael G. O'Grady has served as Chairman of Northern Trust Corporation since 2019, Chief Executive Officer since 2018, and President since 2017. He previously served as Northern Trust's Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2014 and as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2000 to 2011. He joined Abbott's Board of Directors in 2023.
