Nancy McKinstry served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board of Wolters Kluwer N.V., a global information, software, and services provider, from September 2003 to February 2026, and was a member of its Executive Board from June 2001 to February 2026.
She serves as Abbott's Lead Independent Director, is a member of the J.P. Morgan International Council, and joined the Board in 2011.
