David M. Orr is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABM Industries, appointed effective June 10, 2025. He succeeded Earl Ellis, who had served as the Company's chief financial officer since November 2020.
Mr. Orr has been with ABM since 2001 and previously served as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis from November 2015 to June 2025, and as Vice President, Strategic Solutions from October 2008 to November 2015. Earlier, he served as Vice President, Finance & Administration from July 2005 to October 2008, and held various finance and administration roles in the Company's Amtech Lighting Services division from 2001 to 2008.
