Earl R. Ellis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ABM Industries from November 2020 until June 6, 2025, when he was succeeded by David Orr. Following his departure as CFO, Mr. Ellis served as a Senior Advisor to the Company through his Separation Date of September 5, 2025.
