Scott Salmirs is President and Chief Executive Officer of ABM Industries, a position he has held since March 2015, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since January 2015. From September 2014 to March 2015 he served as Executive Vice President of ABM, with global responsibility for ABM's Aviation division and all international activities. From 2003 to September 2014, he served as Executive Vice President of ABM's Onsite Services division (ABM Janitorial Services – Northeast), focused on the Northeast.

His qualifications to serve on the Board include his experience in the facility services industry and his knowledge of and perspective on the Company as its president and chief executive officer.
