Jason R. Bernhard is the Global Chief Operating Officer, Financial Advisory; Managing Director; and a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Lazard, Inc., where he has served for more than 25 years. He was formerly Global Co-Head of Lazard's Healthcare Investment Banking group.
The Board believes Mr. Bernhard is qualified to serve as a director because of his extensive corporate finance background and his general business and financial acumen.
