Todd S. Young joined Acadia Healthcare in October 2025 and served as Chief Financial Officer; the Board appointed him effective October 27, 2025. (Acadia announced on April 23, 2026 that Mr. Young would resign as CFO effective April 30, 2026.)
Before joining Acadia, Mr. Young served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Elanco Animal Health since November 2018. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc., a biopharmaceutical company, from August 2016 to October 2018, where he oversaw the financial functions as well as information technology and facilities.
Mr. Young earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Grinnell College and a law degree from the University of Michigan School of Law.
