Cristiano Amon has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Qualcomm Incorporated, a wireless technology company, and a member of its board of directors since June 2021. He joined Qualcomm in 1995 as an engineer and held several technical and leadership positions, including President from January 2018 to January 2021 and Executive Vice President of Qualcomm Technologies and President of Qualcomm CDMA Technologies from November 2015 to January 2018. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an honorary doctorate from UNICAMP, the State University of Campinas, Brazil.

Amy Banse has served as a partner at Mosaic General Partnership, an early stage venture capital firm, since March 2021. She previously held several roles at Comcast Corporation over a career that began in 1991, including Executive Vice President, Comcast and Managing Director and Head of Funds, Comcast Ventures from January 2011 to September 2020, and President of Comcast Interactive Media from 2004 to January 2011. She received a B.A. from Harvard and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law.

Melanie Boulden has served as a consultant for Tyson Foods, Inc. since June 2025, having previously served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer from February 2023 to May 2025 and as Group President, Prepared Foods from September 2023 to October 2024. From January 2021 to December 2022 she was Chief Marketing Officer, North America for The Coca-Cola Company, and she earlier held marketing and general management roles at Reebok International, Crayola, Kraft Foods Group, and Henkel Consumer Goods. She holds a B.S. in English from Iowa State University and an MBA from The University of Iowa.

Frank Calderoni is Adobe's Lead Director and served as Chief Executive Officer of Velocity Global, a provider of global talent solutions, from April 2023 to August 2024. He previously served as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Anaplan, Inc. until June 2022, as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer at Red Hat, Inc. from June 2015 to December 2016, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cisco Systems from 2008 to January 2015; he also spent 21 years at IBM. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Pace University.

Laura Desmond has served as Chief Executive Officer at Smartly.io, an advertising technology company, since September 2022, and as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Vista Partners since March 2017. She served as Chief Revenue Officer of Publicis Groupe from December 2016 to December 2017 and as Global Chief Executive Officer of Starcom MediaVest Group from 2008 to December 2016, having earlier led MediaVest and other Publicis units. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Iowa.

Spencer Neumann has served as Chief Financial Officer of Netflix, Inc. since January 2019. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Activision Blizzard, Inc. from June 2017 to January 2019 and held several senior positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Guest Experience of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts from 2012 to 2017. He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Kathleen Oberg serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Development of Marriott International, Inc. and will retire from Marriott effective March 31, 2026. She served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Marriott from January 2016 to February 2023, as Chief Financial Officer for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from 2013 to January 2016, and in earlier finance leadership roles at Marriott beginning in 1999. She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dheeraj Pandey has served as the Chair and Chief Executive Officer of DevRev, Inc., an AI-native enterprise software company, since December 2020. He co-founded Nutanix, Inc. in 2009 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chair until December 2020, and he earlier held engineering roles at Aster Data Systems, Oracle, Zambeel, and Trilogy Software. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

David Ricks has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Eli Lilly and Company since January 2017 and as Chair of its board of directors since June 2017. He served as Senior Vice President and President of Lilly Bio-Medicines from 2012 to 2016, as President of Lilly USA from 2009 to 2012, and as President and General Manager of Lilly China from 2008 to 2009, having joined Eli Lilly in 1996. He earned a B.S. from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University.

Daniel Rosensweig has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Chegg, Inc. since October 2025 and as Co-Chair of its board of directors since June 2018. His prior roles at Chegg include Executive Chair from June 2024 to October 2025 and President and Chief Executive Officer from February 2010 to June 2024, and he earlier served as Chief Operating Officer of Yahoo! and President of CNET Networks. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hobart College.

Shantanu Narayen serves as Adobe's Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board. He joined Adobe in January 1998 as Vice President and General Manager of the engineering technology group, was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2005, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective December 2007, joining the Board at that time. He was named Chair of the Board in January 2017, and in March 2026 announced his decision to transition from the Chief Executive Officer role once a successor is named, remaining CEO until then and continuing as Chair. He holds a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Osmania University in India, an M.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Steven Day was appointed Adobe's interim Chief Financial Officer effective June 15, 2026, upon the departure of Daniel Durn. He joined Adobe in 2006 and had served as the Company's SVP, Customer Experience Orchestration Business Unit CFO and Corporate Finance since 2023. Earlier he served as VP, Digital Experience Business Unit CFO from 2021 to 2023 and as VP, Corporate Finance from 2020 to 2021, and he was Interim Head of Investor Relations from October 2024 to June 2025.

Anil Chakravarthy serves as Adobe's President, Customer Experience Orchestration Business, having previously served as President, Digital Experience Business from December 2021 to January 2026. He joined Adobe in January 2020 as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Digital Experience, and took on Worldwide Field Operations in July 2020. Before Adobe he was Chief Executive Officer of Informatica from August 2015 to January 2020 and its Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer from September 2013 to August 2015, and he earlier held leadership roles at Symantec and VeriSign. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

David Wadhwani serves as Adobe's President, Creativity and Productivity Business, having previously served as President, Digital Media Business from December 2021 to January 2026. He rejoined Adobe in June 2021 as Chief Business Officer and Executive Vice President, Digital Media, after serving as a Venture Partner at Greylock Partners since October 2019 and as President and CEO of AppDynamics from September 2015 to October 2019. He first worked at Adobe beginning in 2005, joining through the acquisition of Macromedia, and later served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Adobe's Digital Media business. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brown University.

Lara Balazs joined Adobe in December 2024 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Marketing. From February 2021 to September 2024 she served as Executive Vice President, General Manager, Strategic Partnership Group and Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit, Inc., and from November 2018 to February 2021 as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Intuit. She earlier held marketing leadership roles at Amazon.com, Visa, Nike, and Gap. She holds a bachelor's degree in Society and Justice from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Gloria Chen joined Adobe in 1997 and serves as Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, Employee Experience. Over more than 25 years at Adobe she has held senior leadership positions in worldwide sales operations, customer service and support, and strategic planning, was appointed Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO in October 2009, and was promoted to Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President, Employee Experience in January 2020. From October 2024 to May 2025 she additionally served as Interim Executive Vice President, Legal and Government Relations. She holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, an M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Louise Pentland joined Adobe in May 2025 and serves as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, Legal and Government Relations. From July 2024 to May 2025 she served as SVP and General Counsel at Roku, Inc., and from September 2023 to July 2024 as EVP and Chief Counsel for Disney Experiences and Products at The Walt Disney Company. She earlier served at PayPal Holdings, including as EVP, Chief Business Affairs and Legal Officer from April 2015 to December 2021, and held various legal positions at Nokia Corporation from May 1998 to July 2014, including EVP and Chief Legal Officer. She holds an undergraduate degree in law and a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Jillian Forusz serves as Adobe's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller. She served as Vice President, Corporate Controller from February 2022 to August 2024, as Vice President, Accounting and Operations from November 2019 to February 2022, and as Senior Director from November 2015 to November 2019, and she held various finance leadership positions at Adobe between November 2007 and November 2015. Prior to joining Adobe she worked in the Audit practice at Deloitte, and she holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
