Andrew P. Hider is President and Chief Executive Officer of Baxter International and a member of its Board of Directors. He was appointed CEO on August 19, 2025, and additionally served as Interim Group President, Medical Products & Therapies, from October 2025 until December 2025. Before joining Baxter, he served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of ATS Corporation, roles he held since March 2017 and May 2017, respectively. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Taylor Made Group, LLC, from May 2016 to February 2017.
Prior to that, Mr. Hider spent ten years at Danaher Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as President of Veeder-Root (2014 to 2016), and earlier as President of XOS (2013 to 2014), Vice President and General Manager of the Anderson Group (2010 to 2013), and General Manager and Director at Dover (2006 to 2010). He began his career at General Electric Company, holding various finance and management positions from 2000 to 2006, culminating as President / General Manager for Tri-Remanufacturing, GE Aircraft Engines.
Mr. Hider currently serves on the board of directors of Tennant Company. He received a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management and an MBA from Clarkson University.
