Sam Calagione is the Founder and Brewer of Dogfish Head Brewery, which he founded with his wife Mariah in 1995 and led as CEO until its 2019 merger with Boston Beer; he joined Boston Beer's board in October 2020. A James Beard Award winner and author of five books, he retains overall responsibility for the Dogfish Head brand and advises on all of the company's brands.
