Astha Malik has served as Braze's Chief Business Officer since June 2023. She previously served as the company's Chief Marketing Officer from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior to Braze, she served as Chief Operating Officer of VTEX, a digital commerce company, from May 2021 to June 2022. Before VTEX, Ms. Malik held multiple roles at Zendesk, a customer service software company, including Global Vice President of Go-to-Market Strategy from April 2019 to May 2021 and Global Vice President of Platform and Product Marketing from February 2017 to April 2019. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from Delhi University and her M.S. from Florida International University, Chapman School of Business.
