Edward McDonnell has served as Braze's Chief Revenue Officer since July 2025. Prior to Braze, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of Asana, a workflow management software company, from August 2023 to July 2025. Before Asana, Mr. McDonnell held multiple senior sales and revenue leadership roles at Salesforce, a customer relationship management software company, including Executive Vice President of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer for Marketing Cloud Sales, from February 2016 to August 2023. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island.
