Susan Wiseman has served as Braze's General Counsel and Secretary since January 2016. The company announced on April 7, 2026 that Ms. Wiseman intends to retire from her role as General Counsel and Secretary on or before June 30, 2026. She previously served as Managing Counsel, Commercial at Salesforce, a customer relationship management software company, from August 2012 to December 2015. Ms. Wiseman received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.S. from Northwestern University.
