Mr. Leenaars has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, including institutional and investment banking, asset management, corporate and retail banking. From June 2021 through December 2023 he served as Group Chief Operating Officer of Quintet Private Bank and a member of its Authorized Management Committee. Prior to Quintet he was Vice Chairman of the Global Wealth Management Division at UBS Group AG from April 2015 to May 2021, and earlier had a 24-year career at ING Group N.V., including as CEO of ING Retail Banking Direct and International from January 2010 to March 2015 and a member of ING's Executive Board from 2004 to 2010.
