Ms. Haggerty has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since February 2022, overseeing Capital One's Human Resources department including strategy, recruitment and development programs. She joined Capital One in October 2017 as a Senior Director in Corporate Strategy. From October 2017 to June 2020 she held roles of increasing responsibility in the Corporate Strategy Group, later led the Walmart Partnership program within the Card business, and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources from November 2021 until her appointment as CHRO.
