Brian C. Judkins is a Vice President and the Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Chemed Corporation. He has held these positions since August 2020 and was first elected an executive officer on August 31, 2020. He succeeded Naomi C. Dallob, who retired as Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective August 31, 2020 after 36 years of service.
Prior to that, Mr. Judkins served as Vice President and Counsel of the Company from January 2019.
