Michael D. Witzeman is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller of Chemed Corporation. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2024 and to Executive Vice President in May 2025, and has held the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller since May 2025, January 2024, and May 2017, respectively. He was first elected an executive officer on May 21, 2012.

Mr. Witzeman joined Chemed in 2005, originally serving as Assistant Controller, and served as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Controller from July 2005. He was elected a Vice President in 2011. In April 2017 he was elected Controller and the corporation's principal accounting officer, succeeding Arthur V. Tucker, Jr., and the Board appointed him Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2024.

Mr. Witzeman holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from The Ohio State University, and is a licensed C.P.A.
