Spencer S. Lee is an Executive Vice President of Chemed Corporation and has held this position since May 2000. He was first elected an executive officer on May 15, 2000.
Mr. Lee is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Roto-Rooter Services Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chemed, and has held this position since January 1999. Previously, he served as a Senior Vice President of Roto-Rooter Services Company from May 1997 to January 1999.
