Angela Hilt is Executive Vice President – Chief Legal and External Affairs Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Clorox Company. She has held the Chief Legal Officer role since October 2022, taking on the External Affairs Officer responsibilities in April 2025 and the Corporate Secretary role in August 2024. She was first elected an executive officer in 2020.
Hilt joined Clorox in 2005 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in the legal organization. She served as Senior Vice President – Chief Legal Officer beginning December 2020; Vice President – Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel from September 2018 to December 2020; Vice President – Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel from October 2008 to September 2018; and Senior Corporate Counsel from December 2005 to October 2008.
