Eric Reynolds served as Executive Vice President – Chief Operating and Strategy Officer of The Clorox Company, a position he held since September 2020, having taken on additional responsibility for enterprise strategy in January 2024. He was first elected an executive officer in 2015. On October 27, 2025, Reynolds provided notice of his intention to resign following 27 years of service; he stepped down from his role effective December 2, 2025, remaining available on an advisory basis through February 2, 2026. The Company did not expect to appoint a replacement.
Reynolds joined Clorox in 1998 and held a series of marketing and general management roles. He was Executive Vice President – Household and Lifestyle from July 2019 to September 2020, and Executive Vice President – Cleaning and Burt's Bees from January 2019 to July 2019. He served as Senior Vice President – Chief Marketing Officer from January 2015 to January 2019, and as Vice President – General Manager, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia from May 2012 to January 2015. Earlier he was Director, International Business Development (May 2011 to April 2012) and General Manager, Caribbean (June 2008 to April 2011).
