Brian L. Roberts is Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Comcast Corporation. He joined Comcast in 1981 and has served as Chairman of the Board since 2004 and Chief Executive Officer since 2002, and previously served as President from 1990 until October 2022.
He is a son of the company's late founder, Ralph J. Roberts. As of December 31, 2025, Mr. Roberts had sole voting power over approximately 33 1/3% of the combined voting power of Comcast's two classes of common stock through his ownership of Class B common stock.
Over more than two decades as CEO, he has overseen a strategy spanning organic growth, new business innovations and transformative strategic transactions while returning significant capital to shareholders.
