Kevin Hogan served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Corebridge Financial (a role he had held since 2014, first at AIG's Life & Retirement business and then at Corebridge) and as a director since 2021. Before Corebridge he was Chief Executive Officer of Global Life Insurance at Zurich Insurance Group from 2009 to 2013 and held various senior positions at AIG from 1984 to 2008.
Corebridge and Mr. Hogan entered into a Transition and Advisory Agreement dated September 5, 2025 in connection with the Company's leadership transition; Marc Costantini was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective December 1, 2025 and Mr. Hogan transitioned to Special Advisor to the Board. The Company's exhibit index references a Letter Agreement and a Non-Solicitation and Non-Disclosure Agreement, each dated August 14, 2013, between AIG and Mr. Hogan.
