Darcy D. DeVincke is Chief Human Resources Officer of Donaldson Company, having been appointed to that role in October 2024.
DeVincke resumed employment with Donaldson in 2016 and has held various positions, including Vice President, Global Human Resources, based in Leuven, Belgium, and Director, Human Resources. From 2008 to 2016 she served as a consultant, working on various projects for the Company and other companies with responsibility for human resources, labor relations, employee relations and talent acquisition. She was a Human Resources Generalist at the Company from 2001 to 2008.
Prior to joining Donaldson, DeVincke practiced law and held Human Resources positions of increasing responsibility for United Defense Industries (BAE Systems).
