Trudy A. Rautio is a director of Donaldson Company, serving since 2015. She chairs the Audit Committee (designated an Audit Committee Financial Expert) and is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. She retired from Carlson, a privately held global hospitality and travel company, in 2015.
At Carlson, Rautio was President and Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2015; Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 2011 to 2012; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2011. She has valuable experience across business, financial and information technology operations, and in leading global businesses.
Rautio currently serves on the Taylor Corporation board. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. She is a Certified Public Accountant (unlicensed) and a Certified Management Accountant.
