Kristiane C. Graham is a private investor who co-manages the Graham Foundation and Graham family investments and holds substantial holdings of Dover stock. She previously worked with a commercial bank, primarily as a loan officer, and founded and operated an advisory company and a publication regarding international thoroughbred racing.

As a member of one of the founding families of Dover, she brings to the Board a sense of Dover's historical values, culture and strategic vision, along with valuable insights on talent, leadership, and management succession. She serves on the Boards of Directors of Habitat for Humanity International and the U.S. Council of HFHI, the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Foundation, and the Board of the University of Virginia Health Foundation, among other community and educational organizations.
