Michael Manley is the Chief Executive Officer of AutoNation, Inc., the largest automotive retailer in the United States. He has successfully managed a wide array of business models over his career and brings extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chains, multi-national business management, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

He previously served as head of Americas and a member of the Group Executive Council for Stellantis N.V., and as Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V., a predecessor to Stellantis N.V., as well as Executive Vice President of International Sales & Marketing, Business Development and Global Product Planning Operations, CEO of the Jeep and Ram brands, and Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific region. He holds an MBA from Ashridge Management College and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Southbank University.
