Eric A. Vaillancourt is President and Chief Executive Officer of Enpro, a position he has held since November 28, 2021, having served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2, 2021.
Prior to his appointment as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President of Enpro's Sealing Technologies segment since August 26, 2020. Before that he served as President of the STEMCO division beginning in July 2018, and as President of the Garlock division from November 2014. Since joining the company in 2009 he also served as President, Garlock Sealing Products, and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the Garlock division.
Prior to joining Enpro in 2009, Mr. Vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility at Bluelinx Corporation, lastly as Regional Vice President North-Sales and Distribution. He received a B.S. in Business Management from Empire State College and completed the Harvard Management Program in 2014.
