Adaire Fox-Martin is Chief Executive Officer and President of Equinix, a role she has held since 2024. She has served on the Equinix Board of Directors since January 2020 and sits on the Stock Award Committee.
Before joining Equinix as CEO, she held senior leadership roles at Google, serving as President, Google Cloud Go to Market and Head of Google Ireland from 2021 to 2024, President of Google Cloud International from 2022 to 2023, and President of Google Cloud EMEA from 2021 to 2022.
Earlier, she spent more than a decade at SAP from 2008 to 2021 in various roles, including Executive Board member of Global Customer Operations, President, Chief Operating Officer, SVP Industry Business Solutions, and Vice President Public Sector. She began her career at Oracle Corporation, holding various management roles from 1989 to 2007, most recently as Vice President Government Education and Healthcare. She has previously served on the board of SAP SE.
