Rebecca Kujawa was elected as an independent director of Equinix effective November 3, 2025, and serves on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
She is the Founder and CEO of Zerra Partners, a position she has held since August 2025. Previously, she was President and CEO of NextEra Energy Resources from February 2022 to May 2025, and Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NextEra Energy, Inc. from March 2019 to February 2022. She held various management roles at NextEra Energy Resources from February 2007 to February 2019, most recently as Vice President Business Management.
Her experience spans energy, executive leadership, finance, capital markets and accounting, M&A, government and regulatory affairs, digital transformation and AI, and human capital. She has previously served on the public company board of XPLR Infrastructure.
