Christopher Paisley has served as an independent director of Equinix since July 2007 and as Lead Independent Director since February 2012. He sits on the Audit Committee, the Finance Committee and the Growth Capital Committee.
He has served as the Dean's Executive Professor of Accounting at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University since 2001. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Enterprise 4.0 Technology Acquisition Corporation from 2021 to 2023, and Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of 3Com from 1985 to 2000.
His expertise spans executive leadership, finance, capital markets and accounting, M&A, global perspective and human capital. In addition to Equinix, he currently serves on the public company boards of Ambarella and Fastly, and has previously served on the boards of Enterprise 4.0 Technology Acquisition Corporation, Fitbit and Fortinet.
