Thomas Olinger has served as an independent director of Equinix since January 2023. He sits on the Audit Committee, the Finance Committee, the Growth Capital Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.

He has been a corporate director since 2022. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Prologis from 2012 to 2022, Chief Integration Officer of Prologis from 2011 to 2012, and Chief Financial Officer of AMB (now part of Prologis) from 2007 to 2011.
