Gary S. Shedlin joined the Fiserv board of directors effective January 1, 2026 as chair of the audit committee and a member of the talent and compensation committee. The board determined that he is independent under applicable securities exchange rules.
Mr. Shedlin has served as Vice Chairman of BlackRock, Inc., a leading investment management firm, since 2023 and is a member of its Global Executive Committee. He brings deep experience in leadership, finance and audit, including ten years as a chief financial officer.
